Terms of Service

By creating a LeadOrigins account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any platform feature

The LeadOrigins tracking script is designed for deployment on websites you own or have permission to instrument. By deploying the script, you confirm you have the right to collect the session data described in our Privacy Policy from visitors to the relevant website, and that your website's own privacy notice covers this data collection.

• Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing period
• Plan changes take effect immediately; unused time may be prorated at our discretion
• Failure to pay results in account suspension after a 7-day grace period

The 7-day trial provides access to all features of the plan tier it was created under. No payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will enter a paywall state and data will be retained for 30 days while you decide whether to upgrade.

You retain ownership of all lead data, form submissions, and business data stored in your account. LeadOrigins does not claim ownership of your data. You grant us a licence to process and store this data for the purpose of providing the platform services described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated via email where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadOrigins shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeadOrigins is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
