LeadOrigins is a lead tracking and revenue attribution platform for local businesses and digital marketing agencies. References to “we”, “us”, and “LeadOrigins” in this policy refer to the operator of the LeadOrigins platform.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: email address, business name, domain, and password hash
• Lead data submitted through forms embedded on your website
• Traffic data: landing page URLs, referrer URLs, UTM parameters, and session identifiers
• Google Search Console data if you connect your GSC account
• Google Analytics data if you connect your GA4 property
• Billing data: plan status, subscription identifiers (no raw card data is stored)
• Usage data: page views and actions within the platform

LeadOrigins uses Google APIs including the Google Search Console API and the Google Analytics Data API. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• Google data is used only to provide the analytics and reporting features described in the platform
• Google data is not sold, transferred to third parties, or used for advertising purposes
• Google data is not used to train AI or machine learning models beyond improving the relevant feature within your account
• Access to Google data can be revoked at any time from the Settings page

• To provide the lead tracking, attribution, and reporting features of the platform
• To process billing and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails (OTP codes, billing receipts, support replies)
• To monitor platform performance and debug issues
• To generate AI-powered SEO and lead quality recommendations within your account

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. We may share data with:

• Payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal) to handle billing transactions
• Email service providers to send transactional emails
• Cloud infrastructure providers to host the platform
• Analytics services for internal product monitoring (aggregated, not per-user data)

Account and lead data is retained for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by applicable law. Billing records are retained for 7 years for financial compliance purposes.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@leadorigins.com with the subject line “Data Request”.

LeadOrigins uses session cookies to maintain authenticated sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. The platform tracking script your website embeds uses first-party cookies to preserve session attribution across page visits.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the platform. The date at the top of this page reflects when the policy was last updated.
